The software is a cross-platform electronic documentation management and enterprise content management system for Microsoft Windows and Unix/Linux-like operating systems. This system has a design with a high degree of modularity and scalable productivity, several applications for managing documents, files and digital asset.

The web interface of the system allows users to manage documents throughout their life cycle: from "capture"/creation, interaction, approval processes, familiarization, resolutions introducing and publication to archiving. The system provides the ability to create, share, annotate, store and restore any types of documents. Users, in addition to basic actions with documents (saving, updating, creating new versions, etc.), can also create links between documents, add arbitrary files to documents as applications, create their own web pages, etc.

Company's employees will be properly informed with this system. They will be able to find necessary documents quickly and use them together in working groups. The built-in instant message exchange module will simplify the coordination of users' work.

In addition to standard metadata of documents, users can add their own arbitrary tags for each document and then navigate and search for documents by the created tags. Integration of the system with office applications (Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, LibreOffice), allows you to open documents for editing directly via a web browser and save changed versions of documents directly to the system.
