Description of business processes:
Each cotton fiber bale has its own sample cutout with a barcode.
The first step: sample is subjected to laboratory testing in HVI equipment and is classified according to fiber quality indicators, then data is transferred to a database on server.
The second step: first sample comes to a classer, then it is scanned via barcode scanner and classified manually in accordance with the GOST standard.
The third step is analysis of process based on lab results: monitoring and printing of fiber quality certificate according to each bale on a strict reporting form.
